Custom Tumbler Policy

Lynn’s Art Studio

🥤 Custom Order Agreement

All tumblers are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is custom-designed specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your design and production spot.

🎨 Design & Approval

  • A design concept will be discussed prior to production.

  • Clients are responsible for confirming spelling, colors, and design details before approval.

  • Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.

  • Lynn’s Art Studio is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

⏳ Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is approximately 2–4 weeks.

  • Turnaround begins after deposit and final design approval.

  • Epoxy tumblers require proper curing time and cannot be rushed beyond safe production standards.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on scheduling.

Quality is always prioritized over speed.

💳 Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom tumbler orders.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.

  • Rush orders must be paid in full upfront.

📦 Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

  • Lynn’s Art Studio is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

  • If damage occurs during shipping, photos must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Local pickup options may be available.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your tumbler:

  • Hand wash only

  • Do not microwave

  • Avoid soaking

  • Avoid extreme heat exposure

Improper care may damage the epoxy finish.

  • Rush orders must be paid in full upfront.
